This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of the personal data processed and used by S.A. Invest Mons Borinage Centre (IMBC) and its subsidiaries, with registered office at 12-14 Rue des Quatre Fils Aymon, B-7000 Mons.

– Databases made public by third parties.
We also process your data to ensure the security of our facilities and meetings held there.
3. Why We Process Your Personal Data
a) To comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We use your personal data to fulfill various legal and regulatory obligations, including:

All of the above data is essential and required for the conclusion of the contract.
c) To implement contractual measures
We use your personal data to fulfill various contractual obligations with S.A. Wallonie Entreprendre.
d) For legitimate purposes
We process your personal data to keep a record of our clients, defend our interests in court, and communicate information about our business activities and services (e.g., newsletters & annual reports) within the scope of the IMBC Group’s activities.
We also process video surveillance images for the purposes of our legitimate interest in securing our facilities and any meetings held there.
4. Sharing Your Personal Data
In order to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests, or for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations, we will share your personal data with the following people or entities only:
– Entities of the IMBC Group;
– Management bodies of the IMBC Group;
– Financial partners (banks, Wallonie Entreprendre, etc.);
– Public authorities and organizations, if requested and to the extent permitted by law;

For participating companies, data is typically kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and 20 years thereafter.
For prospective clients, data is kept for 10 years.

You have a number of rights, including:
– Right of access: You may request information about how your personal data is processed and obtain a copy of your personal data upon payment of an administrative fee.
– Right of rectification: If you believe your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request an amendment or addition by submitting a supplementary declaration.

In this case, we will keep the data necessary to prove that the deletion has taken place in a deletion register. This storage is for evidentiary purposes only and contains only the data necessary to prove deletion.
