IMBC Immo Lease

About Us

IMBC Immo Lease is dedicated to financing real estate projects in the broadest sense of the term, as well as ecological transition projects through all types of financing operations.

Major real estate investments by participating SMEs include the construction of a brand-new production site (brewing, fermentation, storage, filtration, and bottling) by Brasserie Saint-Feuillien in Le Roeulx, the expansion of the site of the family business La Boiserie Habitat in Binche, and the creation of the TSG logistics center in Soignies.

In addition to its involvement in real estate projects for SMEs, the company also supports major projects with strong growth potential and “structuring” projects for the region, such as the “FELUY M2M” PPP supported by WANTY, ECOTERRES, and IDEA as part of the redevelopment of the former “BASF” site, or the creation of the children’s outpatient clinic at the TIVOLI University Hospital thanks to the support of the ROGER DE SPOELBERCH Foundation.

In addition, IMBC Immo Lease has broadened its scope in recent years, in line with current environmental concerns and its ESG policy, by focusing on projects related to renewable energy production.

Companies such as CHIMIDEROUIL in Ghlin, which specializes in surface treatment, and CAFES CORDIER in Frameries, a Fair Trade certified “Max Havelaar” and “Ecocert” coffee roaster, have been able to reduce their environmental footprint by becoming more energy independent thanks to the installation of solar panels and wind turbines for their own use, with the support of IMBC Immo Lease;

Players such as GREEN CITY WALLONIE 3 and GREEN4POWER HELIOS have received financing in partnership with IMBC Immo Lease for the installation of solar panels and wind turbines to feed into the grid.

This subsidiary of the IMBC Group, set up in partnership with the IDEA, has capital of €30,000,000 , enabling it to commit €47,317,174 to financing 54 companies.
